JSI International was formed three years ago via the amalgamation of two of the leading training and development companies in the Southwest. This combined experience has evolved into JSI's unique approach to Personal, Management and Team Development Training.

For 10 years and 15 years respectively prior to that, 'Torch Training' and 'Spirit of Adventure' had been developing and delivering innovative, dynamic and effective teambuilding, personal & management development courses to industry.

'In that time 'Spirit of Adventure', in particular, have been closely involved with the Prince's Trust, helping young people overcome barriers and get their lives working through a very successful development programme. The second week of this 12 week programme is a teambuilding course which 'Spirit of Adventure' has been a leading provider of for many years, now running over 60 courses a year on Dartmoor, the Ashdown Forest and the New Forest.

Where We Operate

Based in the heart of the Dartmoor National Park, as well as operating on Dartmoor we run very successful events all over the UK including the Ashdown Forest (1 hour south of London), Forest of Dean, Peak District, Lake District, North Wales and the New Forest.

We have associates all over the world, especially Europe, where we also run very successful programmes, particularly in Spain and Finland.
